We will bill your insurance for you. Deductibles and payment for services is payable at time of service.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash for amounts not covered by insurance or for cosmetic services not covered by insurance. This payment is due at time of service.
Because of the changes that have happened with insurance coverage over the last few years, we strongly advise you to understand what your patient responsibility will be for any of the services that are performed at our facility. It is uncommon for insurance to cover the complete cost of any procedure. If you have any concerns, please feel to discuss this with either your insurance provider or with our biller.
